SaaS Metrics 2.0 - This blog post is light on implementation details, but rich in business understanding. It helped me build out the metric suite that convinced Silicon Valley to invest in Tampa Bay.

Dark Matter Developers - You cannot see dark matter, but we are pretty sure it's there. Developers, analysts, or any other community shows signs of a similar force - doing work behind the scenes - and we should take a moment to acknowledge and appreciate those contributions.

There is really special stuff going on right now; practitioners have a voice, bigcos are joining the party, there is real movement on decades-old problems. I feel like the entire industry is a powder keg just waiting for the first big in-person industry conference
