Welcome back a week later. You know the ol' saying, "Once is a fluke, twice is a trend". Well we are trending up!

This week I'm excited to share with you a call to raise the bar and doodles that take us beyond our 2D medium.

​SaaS Metrics 2.0 - This blog post is light on implementation details, but rich in business understanding. It helped me build out the metric suite that convinced Silicon Valley to invest in Tampa Bay.

​Dark Matter Developers - You cannot see dark matter, but we are pretty sure it's there. Developers, analysts, or any other community shows signs of a similar force - doing work behind the scenes - and we should take a moment to acknowledge and appreciate those contributions.

There is really special stuff going on right now; practitioners have a voice, bigcos are joining the party, there is real movement on decades-old problems. I feel like the entire industry is a powder keg just waiting for the first big in-person industry conference
